30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Standard returns must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Opened Products
For hygiene and safety, opened or used intimate/adult products cannot be returned unless defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
Request a Return
Email jason@viviaora.com before returning anything. Include your order number, reason, and photos or video for damage or quality issues. We will provide instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping for non-defective returns. We cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks may need additional posting time.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch begins.
